Body Paint by Erica Fisher

I love body painting shoots. They are so much fun and I think my clients enjoy them just as much as Erica and I do. This time Heather Byrd and Stacey Alane were game to do some shots with Erica and I. This shoot has a story behind it. Erica called me wanting to do a biker shoot with her body paint and I said “Okay!”. Erica had intended for her friend with a motor cycle to come down for the shoot. As it turns out, something came up and the friend could not make it. We were about to give up when someone ran inside and said “Hey! I think he’s here!”. Erica walked outside to see a young man and his sister admiring the artwork in Graffiti Alley. He was nice enough to let us borrow his bike and his helmet of the shoot. As a result, awesomeness occurred. Good people still exists!

Once again, Erica Fisher commissioned me to do a concept with her. With the help of Kelley Nymph, Roxana Hire, and Jenny Dang of Maryland Artists in Motion, as well as Aerial Auble and Sarah Galla, we put together this rather remarkable concept of a circus. Erica lives on a farm up in PA, so we caravan-ed up and had an adventure!

This was especially cool because Lithia’s Creations was kind enough to lend some pieces to us. This was the first time many of the models had done body painting so everyone was excited and had a great time.
